if.team has become more convenient and flexible. You can now switch to dark mode, use new filters, and view more data in reports (without extra steps or manual calculations).
Dark theme
You can now choose between dark and light interface themes in if.team. The switch is in the dropdown menu under your profile image in the top right corner.
Dark mode helps reduce eye strain and makes it more comfortable to work in the evening or across multiple screens.
More options in reports and lists
We’ve updated tables, reports, and filters so you can see more and find what you need faster.
What’s new:
In the iteration list, you’ll now see whether the iteration cost is included in the project’s initial budget or added separately. This is useful when calculating extra work or new service scopes for a client.
The iteration list now shows totals for planned and actual hours and budgets.
In the task report, you can add a column with departments whose members participate in a task, and filter the report by department.
The project list now has a department filter.
In the task kanban, you can display the client’s name linked to the project.
The project list can now be exported to Excel — with all filters, sorting, and your custom table structure.
Finance updates
The transaction list now includes two new filters: by payment recognition date and by the user who created the transaction.
In Cash Flow and P&L reports, you can now view data by month — not just by quarter or year.
This makes it easier to analyze shorter periods and track cash flow in more detail.
