Ringostat is a business communications platform that includes telephony, call tracking, AI call analytics, callback widgets, and an omnichannel website chat.
We’ve added an integration with Ringostat and signed a partnership agreement, enabling automated call processing and faster conversion of calls into leads in if.team.
After a call is completed in Ringostat, if.team can automatically create a lead. This ensures that all incoming requests are captured without manual input and no potential leads are lost.
The integration allows flexible configuration of how Ringostat data is transferred into if.team. You can define which fields are filled, combine values from different call parameters, and use constants to standardize data structure.
A separate logic is implemented for repeat calls. You can configure specific behaviors for them, such as updating only empty fields, adding comments, or updating an existing lead based on defined rules.
