Document templates, auto-renewal for subscriptions, and new rate options

We’ve updated several key parts of if.team: from document management to company settings and project rates.

Generate documents directly from transactions

ou can now create invoices, acts, and other documents right from a transaction window. The generated document is automatically attached to the transaction.

Each template can include:

Transaction data — date, amount (both numeric and in words), and more.
Your account details — company name, IBAN, tax code, address.
Counterparty details — name, contacts, tax code, address.

Template settings are available in the admin panel. User roles now include separate permissions for working with document templates.

Company and subscription management updates

We’ve made it easier to manage your company and handle subscription payments:

You can now edit your company name and logo directly in the Team → Structure tab. Note: your role must include the Company permission.
When paying for a subscription, you can now link a bank card for automatic renewals at the end of each billing period.
Several visual and usability improvements were also made in this section.

New options for project rates

We’ve improved how project rates work to make calculations faster and more transparent:

Internal rates can now be marked as default, so they’re automatically applied to all new tasks within a project.
External rates also support a default flag — useful when users don’t have access to rate details but need a preselected default.

This is especially handy for projects with multiple rate types, where one rate is used most often.

Document templates will soon be available for projects, leads, and other entities. So you can generate contracts, proposals, or acts directly from any card.
