The update improves the team member profile — now you can view non-working days for two years and add comments. The payroll module has also been updated — payments from multi-currency accounts are now supported. Transaction export functionality has been enhanced.
Important fixes have been made: notification errors have been resolved, the addition of PNG files to tasks has been fixed, and reports for large filters have been optimized, increasing system stability and efficiency.
In this update, we’ve introduced a number of improvements that significantly simplify data management and enhance the user experience. These updates provide greater flexibility and accuracy in handling information, reduce the need for manual calculations, and help companies better adapt to changes in financial processes. Let’s take a closer look.
The team member profile has received significant improvements that optimize the management of employee information. You can now view non-working days for the current and previous year, including planned and actual vacation days, which simplifies tracking leave balances and calculating compensation for unused days. This helps HR departments reduce manual calculations and avoid errors.
A new comments or notes field has been added, allowing you to leave notes about employees. These notes can be public or accessible only to HR or management. Additionally, the actual hire date can now be recorded, making it easier to manage employee data and generate reports.
Access to this data can be restricted based on user roles, ensuring confidentiality.
The payroll module now includes a feature for making salary payments from accounts in a currency different from the currency of accrual. This will be useful for companies operating internationally and using multi-currency accounts. It eliminates unnecessary conversions and saves on exchange transactions.
This feature not only simplifies the payment process but also provides greater flexibility in financial operations. As a result, companies will be able to better adapt to changes in exchange rates and optimize their expenses.
The transaction export feature to Excel has received several important updates. File names are now generated based on filter parameters, making them more informative and easier to search. These streamlines work with large data volumes and reduces processing time.
A new option has been added to export exchange rates and the equivalent amount of the transaction in both the project and company currencies. This allows for better assessment of currency fluctuations’ impact on financial results and more accurate data analysis. Additionally, transaction summaries in each currency have been added, improving the transparency of financial reports and simplifying the analysis of the overall picture.
